Oven baked banana - walnut oatmeal
Usually in the mornings I let my mom make oatmeal or I just eat muesly, but since it's holidays (yay!!!) I thought I could take some time in the morning and make something I haven't done before. I saw this recipe on tumblr and it looked just too appetizing not to try it. But this is not that exact recipe, I kinda did it by heart in the morning. It's kinda easy as well, just mix all the ingredients and put them in the oven.
Recipe: 1 cup oatmeal
1 cup water
1 cup soymilk
1 crushed ripe banana
a handful of crushed walnuts
3 tables. palm sugar
20 g grated dark chocolate
vanilla essence, salt
berries for topping
Mix all the ingredients except the berries in a bowl. Then pour the mixture in a form (don't mind me using this pound cake form I couldn't find anything more suitable), grate some chocolate on top and put it in the oven to 180 degrees C for ~30-40 minutes.
