Spotted dog dessert ehk Kirju Koer



 

  Ingredients:

50 g of vegan butter (margarine)
180 g coconut milk (creamy)
200 g vegan biscuits (Digestive)
100 g dried and sugared pineapple, papaya etc.
100 g crushed or halved peanuts
2-3 teaspoons of cocoa powder (definitely 100%) 
50 g dark chocolate pieces


Instructions:

 First crush the biscuits and add them to a bowl, add the dried fruit, chopped chocolate, nuts, and cocoa.
Then add the margarine, it should be soft. If it isn't you could soften it in a microwave. Add that and the creamy coconut milk to the sweet mixture. Mix the ingredients well. The cookies are going to get a proper beat up but it's not bad. (I got a little worried that all I'd have was a cookie puree, but it didn't turn out like that at all).
 If the ingredients have been mixed well, put it on a cooking paper.
Form the 'dog' into a steady tube, you should push the mixture together as much as you can.
Hold it in a fridge atleast overnight, but it's even better and harder after 2 days.
