Linda's lentil pie

INGREDIENTS: `250 g lentils 200 ml oat cooking cream 10 little (or a few big) tomatoes pickles olives onion salt, pepper, basil 1 tblsp. soy sauce whole-wheat flour barley flour baking powder olive oil First boil the lentils in salted water. While the lentils are cooking, prepare the pie dough. Mix 1 1/3 cups of whole wheat flour with 1 cup of barley flour. Add 1 cup of water, 1/4 cups of olive oil, 1,5 teaspoons of salt, 1 teaspoon baking powder, mix well and let it sit for a while.  Then fry the onion til it's golden, season it with salt, pepper, dash of dried basil and soy sauce and add the lentils, oat cream and a bit of the whole wheat flour.. Put a cooking paper in a pie form and cover it with the pie dough. Cook the pie base at 200 degrees C for about 20 minutes. When it's kinda done, put the lentil mixture, cut tomatoes, olives and pickles on it. Cook for another half hour til it looks done. Trust your gut!
