Sunflower seed cream

Just a way to make a delicious cream out of cheap ingridients (compared to cashews)
Got this idea from Sandra Vungi... I do mention her alot, awkwaaard.


Recipe: cup of sunflower seeds
1-2 tblsp. soy sauce
salt
herbs
olive oil

Soak the sunflower seeds (~2h-overnight). You may roast the seeds on a pan before you soak them, I've heard it makes them veryvery delicious, but I forgot to do that and tried to do that after I soaked them and it didn't quite work. But if you have toasted and soaked them, put them in a bowl, add the soy sauce, salt if you'd like, herbs (for example, pizza herbs) and 2 tblsp. olive oil. Puree them into a nice mass. Add water if necessary.


And then you're done. I did this cream today, because I wanted to make rye snacks with it. I have a recipe here for that, too.
