Peanut butter pasta salad

This is a version of the pasta salad recipe made by Roberto Martin.



Recipe: 1,5 tblsp. peanutbutter
1 lime juice
1 tblsp. olive oil
1 tblsp. honey (or agave nectar)
1 dl (low salt) soy sauce
1/3 dl balsamic vinegar
1/5 cut chili

(salad) 400g pasta
oil
2 bell peppers
2 dl bean sprouts
1 dl roasted peanuts


Boil the pasta al dente. If you don't have low salt soy sauce, better make the pasta rather bland than too salty, because you might get salt poisoning.... At the same time, whisp the sauce ingridients and put them in the fridge.



When your pasta is soft, pour out the hot water and rinse the pasta with cold water. Heat up the oil on a pan and fry the sliced paprikas. They should turn soft and a brownish. 
Add the paprikas, sprouts, peanuts and coriander to the pasta. Then add in the salad sauce and mix the ingredients properly.


Serve immediately or enjoy it on the next day, when the pasta has sucked all the flavorings in :P
