Coffee smoothie
Really awakening and refreshing.
Recipe:
cup of coffee
1/2 cup soy milk
blueberries, strawberries
1 tsp. cocoa powder
some honey or sugar if you'd like
You have to make the cup of coffee sooner, because it has to be done hot and then it has to cool down. When it has cooled, pour half of the coffee, soy milk, berries and cocoa in a bowl and puree them til they're smooth. Add sweeteners if you like it sweet ;)
